Re: Invitation for Joint Work Session with McCall City Council
Dear Chairperson Erekson;
The McCall City Council extends an invitation to the Board of Trustees to hold a joint work session in
2024 that facilitates a discussion of topics related to the future growth of our community. The Council is
interested in hearing about the growth projections of the District and long-range plans you are
contemplating.The Council is likewise interested in sharing with you the overall adopted plans of the
city,the challenges the community will face accommodating projected development,and what tools we
are putting in place to address those challenges to meet the vision of the community. It is our hope that
by sharing information with each other directly we can foster a respectful understanding of how we can
work together to serve our shared constituencies given the legal constraints that exist.
The first available dates and times on the Council's adopted schedule where a special meeting can be
held are:
• Friday February 23, 2024 from 9:00 am to 11 am
• Friday March 22,2024 from 9:00 am to 11 am
• Thursday April 4, 2024 form 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Please let our City Clerk, BessieJo Wagner, know if your Board of Trustees is interested in a joint work
