AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR THE GRANT AVENUE PARK
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and the Borough's
Engineer for the project, EKA Associates, is hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise
for receipt of bids based upon the same for the Grant Avenue Park
Improvements Project.
