THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO.

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH K.S.A. 12-519,
et, seq., as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following described land, to wit:
The North 60 Acres of the Southwest quarter, of Section 24,
Township 26 S., Range 1 E, Sedgwick County, Kansas
is hereby annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire, Sedgwick
County, Kansas, in conformity with K.S.A. 12-519 et. seq. as amended.
SECTION 2. The above described land shall be zoned A.A., One-Family
Residential.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
