CERTIFYING JAMES W. MCKINNEY TO THE POSITION OF
FIREFIGHTER IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of
FIREFIGHTER
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligible for Appointment, dated January 29, 2(101 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
JAMES W. MCKINNEY
is eligible for appointment to the position of
FIREFIGHTER
in the Borough of Carteret
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS RESOLVED that
JAMES W. MCKINNEY
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
FIREFIGHTER
of the Borough of Carteret fi'om the Certification List dated
JANUARY 29, 2001
As provided by law, effective FEBRUARY 19~ 2001
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the New Jersey Department of Personnel, P.O. Box 316, Trenton, N.J. 08625-
0316.

and certified as a true copy of the original
