The minutes or the last meeting were read and approved.

The Recorder being absent,the Mayor appointed John T.Hourihane Recorder
pro tem.
The Minutes of the last neetiny, were read and approved.
Mr.J.F.Thomp•on tendered his resignation as Town Serguant,which was
accepted to take effect Dec. 1,1920.
It was moved and seconded that a Committee of three be appointed Go
confer with the Preaideht of the Chamber of Commeree relative to repai"°
to the road fDom Leesburg to Clarkes Gap. Whereupon Mr. Lowenbach
Mr -Fry and Mr.Rullins were appointed.

Mr. B.D,Forsyth was elected Town Sergeant to fill out thi unexpired term
'rade vacant by the illness of M.T.Whitmore,former sergeent,he to enter
up-li his duties Nov.15,1920.
Mr.J.F.Atwell was elected Night-watchman to enter upon his duties Dec
20.
