At a Rerslar Meeting; ,f the Common Council of the Tour o* Leesl-rrp,
held in the Council Chambers in Leesburg Va.-,On Tuesday Jaitiy 25,1921.

John T.Hourihane,Councilmen.
The Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The Recorder being absent,the Mayor appointed. J.T.Hourihane recorder pro tem.
The matter of Casey & Co:q bill for painting town Hall was again taken
Up. The Committee appointed at last meeting to investigate by what authority
the town hall was painted,reported that they had seen Mr.koss and he stated
U that he had nothing to do with the matter other than to select the color
when asked to do no by Mr.Henry Casey who stated to him (Mr.Ross) that he
�u�L Casey was going to paint the Hall. Mr.Casey was sent for and told that the
V Council thought his bill excessive and was asked to take the bill and see
if he could not curtail it and report to Hall Committee.
it was reported that a New Engine and gasoline tank waa necessary at the
J Pumping Station,an d also reported that the water tank was in need of repairs
and painting. It rvas moved and seconded and eerried that a Committee be
appointed and empowered to have an engine and gasoline tank installed and
✓r see that the repairs to water tank are made.as soon as possible. The Mayor
appointed L.T.Fry and H.C.T.Ewing committee.

/ The Standard Oil Co. made apnlicati.on t-) be permitted to erect a Garage on
their property,and the privilege wnt^ p_~ -ted.
There being no further business,on motion,the Council adjourned.
