ORDINANCE NO. 01 -860
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMENDING SECTION 3588 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATIVE TO LOITERING IN CITY PARKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3588 of the Temple City Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
3588. LOITERING
No person shall enter or remain in any public park or recreation area
within the City at anytime between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00
a.m., except as authorized by the Director under Section 3,587 3580
hereof. No person shall loiter outside of a recreation center while an
activity is conducted therein as to which such person is not eligible to
participate.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and shall cause the same to be published according to law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 21st day of August, 2001.

01 -860 was introduced at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City held
on the 7th day of August, 2001 and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk at the regular meeting held
on the 21st day of August, 2001 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman - Souder, Vizcarra, Zovak, Gillanders, Wilson
NOES: Councilman -None
