A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL,
IDAHO RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
CERTAIN VEHICLES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall owns one 1970 Kaiser -Jeep 5 ton
truck VIN #05A-51870-10220 and one 1970 Kaiser -Jeep 5 ton truck
VIN #05D-75770-C125-11312; and
WHEREAS, the trucks are no longer needed for the purposes
for which they were acquired; and
WHEREAS, the trucks currently occupy an area that could
better be used for other purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The sale of one 1970 Kaiser -Jeep 5 ton truck VIN
#05A-51870-10220 and one 1970 Kaiser -Jeep 5 ton truck VIN #05D-
75770-C125-11312 is authorized.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and
effect upon its passage and approval.
Passed and approved this 24th day of October 2002.
