At a Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council rad in the Council
Chambers in Leesburg V%.August 14,1922.
Present- Fon C.P.Janney Mayor.
G.B.Bradfield,
W.C.Saffer

w.B.Caviness,Councilmen.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and signed.
tmessers R.D.Shroy and W. C.Whitmore, newly elected Councilmen,appeared and were
sworn in.
The water works committee reported verbally for information.

�b The Commissioners on Streets iyrere o- tiered to have street Pat corner of Cornwall
J and Church Streets repaired.
j� The report of the pre2lminary survey of a new sewer on Royal Street and the
p� specifications thereon were presented to the Council and the Commissioners on
said street were directed to get bids and all necessary information and costs
i
and report to the next meeting of Council.
Wm.C.Whitmore was appointed a Street Coma.iasioner.
The further filling up of Committees of the Council was deferred until the
next meeting.
