connect with same.
The resignation of Mr.Umbaugh,Ntuht-vratergan,v:as accepted to take
place llec 15th 1922.
The Council oroceeded to elect a new right �t^hmnr Prri a'r. F,R.Croueh
was unanimously elected -term of office to begin llec 15th tg22.
Tt being reported to the Council that complaint had been made that the oecu
pant of the Grimes Store had been throwing slops and offensive matter in
the gutter in front of said store,tY,e Sergeant was ingtriicted that the owner
of the property be ordered to connect with town sewer within 10 days.
Messrs Ewing and Mogs,co,_,xtittee from Chamber of Commer. ce,appeared be'ore
the Council Mrd sui.;gested thet the Council extend the Corporation west to a
point to take in the new section. The Mayor reQueoted them to bring to
the Council a more definite idea o' what they wanted done in the matter.
There being no furthe-- business -on motion council adjourned.
