In addition the Council doth hereby impose an additional aposial levy of 10 eents on cook $100, of assessed value of real and tangit 1e property for the purpose of providing a sinking fumd,er to pay the priveipal and interest of the exiling bonded indebtedness of the town of Leesburg as and when the same becomes due and payable as provided by Acts -of the Assembly 1922 page 469. A Letter from Mr. W.T.Themas asking for a part of the license tbat was eolleetod 1 from the Carnival for the Loesburg Bank Benefit. Tke opinion of the Council is the that tkis liee7ise cannot be used for this purpose. There being no further business,em motion the Council adjourned.
