Ordered that the Town Hall Committee make such repairs to the Town Hall as they deem necessary. The Detition of McDonalds Auto c�ervlce for permission to instal a r gasoline tank in front of their place on Market Street wao presented ane privilege granted them with the understanding that the pavement be lert in rood repair. Mr. Arthur Elgin Jr ,made applicatiun to rent the Stone room in the torn Hall recently ill the possession of W.W. Titus. After some disouee•- ion,upon motion rade and seconded it was ordered that the said roOLI be rented to Mr. Elgin by the � onth .st the rent of ,$,25. per month payable � in advance ,and the Mayor abs Futhorized to make the contract with Mr, Elgin and eiti;n same on behalf of the to wn. 4 D-"-- 4 - r Mr. Joe H.Shroy presented a bill_ for $45.60 for pipe,and on motion +wade and seconded it was ordered that the same be paid. d Ordered that the matter of piaci; g a light on Wirt 3treeL between the High School Building and the Cemetery Gate a referred to the bight Conmlttee,as well as the matter of placing lights on Cornwall 5t between King and Wirt _streets. Be it ordered that it shall be unlawful hereafter dor any person:to improperly use the public toilets,or Either of them, or to use same in such a way as to render them or either of them unclean or fil*hv, or to drop therAf n anv newspapers,rags or other substances calculated to !� cause a stoppage of said toilets, Any person violating this ordinance shall j on conviction be punished by a fine so that Name �e not leas than $5.00 nor more than $25. ,the Informer shall ]ave one half the fine when collected.
