The Minutes of the last meeting were read and signed. Yr. Josephus Carr,of the Finance .ommittee,reportad that there was on hand the followirrg- Surp lu e "2750. 00 ^.� Savings Department 250.00 G� Speciar. Fund p 1495.00 �y Liberty onus 2500.00 Checking Account 3150.00 Ordered that the Liberty Bones of 2500. be sold by the Finance Com- Cwf� mltte and that amount together with a sufficient amount on hand,be used to �G� retire the Town Hall Bonds &mounting to $5000. On motion made and carried it was o.�dered that Mr.?1tzgerald be paid Ve - l� " for services rend. red the Town. On motion made end carried it was ordered with the approval of the Au0ltor that the Bill of the State Highway Commission be paid. Bill of H.C.Roberts Electrical Supply Co. ,was presented and it was ordered P),&t, that the Auditor approve same and the Treasurer be reQuired to pay same at once said bill amounting to $333.80. p ✓ Ordered that the Light Committee hrv• placed along the Routh end of Kin Street such lights and at suo`i places along said Street as they in their judgment may doom necessary. Also one Light in Johlrston's lane. Ordered that Messrs Lowenbaeh and Whitmore be appointed a committee* of c TWO to wait or. the property owners on King Street north from L.C.Rollina S� Store relative to repairing the sidewalks on said stre•t,and to make their report to the Cmincil.
