APPOINTING DEPUTY MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENT HEAD
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret has determined that
there is a need to fill the position of Deputy Municipal Department Head to assist
with various community investment and development matters.
WHEREAS, funds are or will be available in the 2003 budget for said position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that
PAUL NELSON
is hereby appointed Deputy Municipal Department Head effective June 23, 2003,
at an annual salary of $40,000.
Adopted this 5th day of June, 2003
and certified as a true copy of
the original on June 6, 2003.
