present: Hon. C. F. Harrison, Mayor; N. W. Norris, Recorder; T. W.
Carter, J. H. Turley, 14. R. Lowenbach, W. c. Plaster, and L. C. Rollins

The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
The certificates of Oath of Office of the newly elected
Mayor, Recorder, and Councilmen were received, approved and ordered
recorded as follows: Hon, C. F. Harrison, Mayor; W. W. Norris,Recorder;
I.I. R. Lowenbach, J. H. Turley, T. W. Carter, L. C. Rollins, W. E.
Plaster and John Gallaher Councilmen.
The Iayor appointeod the following commitees:
