On Call Miscellaneous Water Engineering Services FY2024
Dear Nathan,
Clear Solutions Engineering, LLC (Clear Solutions) is pleased to submit this proposal to provide on‐call
water engineering services for the City of McCall. The intent of this agreement is to respond to
miscellaneous engineering requests that do not fall under another project or task order.
ESTIMATED COSTS
Estimated costs for miscellaneous engineering services for FY2024 are approximately $15,000. This
amount will not be exceeded without prior authorization by the City.
AGREEMENT
If this proposal meets with your approval, it will serve as the basis for agreement in accordance with the
Master Agreement for Professional Services dated January 1, 2023 by affixing a signature in the space
below. This signature will be considered as notice to proceed with a budget upper limit of $15,000. If you
have any questions, or require additional information, please do not hesitate to ask. We look forward to
