HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 02-17 Roosevelt Street DisposalRESOLUTION 02-17 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION, AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of McCall purchases property for public use; WHEREAS, the property at 1203 Roosevelt Street has a house, shed and garage located upon it; WHEREAS, the Public Works Director, City Manager, and City Engineer have determined that the house, shed and garage should be sold and moved or torn down; and WHEREAS, the City will use the property located at 1203 Roosevelt Street for the Pine-Wooley connector; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho, that: Section 1. The house, shed and garage at 1203 Roosevelt Street is surplus may be sold and moved or torn down as determined by the City Manager. Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effective immediately upon its passage and approval by the City Council. Passed and approved this 11 th day of July, 2002. Attest: Cat een A.
