Approval of amended minutes from December 7 2023 Regular Meeting Action Item

Non -Towered Flight O erations/ITD Aero U dates:
Nothing to report at this time. Working toward posting educational materials in the spring.
Obstructions Rwy 16:
Ms. Hart stated she'd discussed a new drone survey of trees north of the runway with GIS
analysts and engineers from Horrocks, but she'll discuss what Ardurra can provide prior to
entering a contract with Horrocks. Mr. Fereday stated he would provide information about an
entity that might also perform this work.
Rates and Fees Evaluation:
Ms. Hart stated that Mr. Fereday mentioned potentially raising landing fees on large aircraft after
the annual AAC presentation to City Council on Jan. 25, and Ms. Hart agreed to add a discussion
of rates and fees on the agenda. Ms. Hart stated she is considering adding a fee for GPU use
exceeding 30 minutes (current regulation). She asked all members to review the current rates and
fees and provide suggestions at the next AAC meeting.
Small Hangar Complex RFP Information Item
There has been a considerable response to the RFP. An addendum will be issued shortly to
address power specifications in the RFP being inadequate for heating, potentially changing the
requirement for engineer -stamped plans to be submitted by March 22, and instead requiring
concept drawings, and adding other modern hangar door types as permissible in addition to bi-
fold doors. Ms. Hart will review these issues with the Airport engineer and the City Attorney
prior to issuing an addendum.
McCall Aviation New FBO Planning Phase Information Item
This item was tabled — McCall Aviation declined to present at this time.
