A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE A CONTRACT WITH KEN JACOBSEN, MOUNTAIN
HOUSE INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR, RALPH COLTON, TO
EXECUTE SUCH AGREEMENT AND OTHER NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO
THAT EFFECT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall has the power to enter into contracts as provided
in 50-301, Idaho Code; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into this agreement in order to benefit the
McCall Community Improvement Corporation.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho, as follows:
Section 1: That the City Manager is authorized to negotiate a contract and all
other necessary documents with Ken Jacobsen, Mountain House Inc., for poster printing
and sales and the Mayor for the City of McCall is hereby authorized to sign the
agreement and other necessary documents. A Copy of the proposed agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference herein as Exhibit "A."
Section 2: Twenty percent (20%) of the sales price of each poster will be
donated to the McCall Community Improvement Corporation.
Section 3: This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
