Fee Schedule Established. Shall be amended as follows: Article III Section 207-22. Fee Schedule Established The following fee schedule shall be implemented for all new construction to cover the cost of sewerage connection: A. Private residences: range $500 - $5,000 per unit set by resolution of the goveming body for sewerage connection. B. Industrial and commercial structures: a fixed fee range of $500 - $5,000 set by resolution of the governing body plus a supplemental charge for flow rate in excess of 85,000 gallons per year in addition to calculation of BOD and suspended solids. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage and publication as provided by law.
