A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR RIGHT OF WAY PERMITS;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the right of way permit fees were set by ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the ordinance will be amended to allow Council to set fees by
Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the fees require updating;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The fees to be paid to the City of McCall in advance for acquiring a right of
way permit under McCall City Code Title 8, Chapter 12, shall be:
A. All right of way permits, except those issued to the $ 25
telephone, electricity, and cable television utility
companies doing business in McCall.
B. The telephone, electricity, and cable television utility $100
companies doing business in McCall may, in lieu of
paying a fee for each excavation, pay an annual
fee of one hundred ($100), in advance; such fee is not
in lieu of applying for a permit for each excavation.
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and
approval.
