HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 02-10 Business License FeesRESOLUTION NO. 02-10 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO LICENSE FEES FOR GENERAL BUSINESS LICENSES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Section 4-3-24(C), McCall City Code, requires a general business license for those persons, entities, or activities, excluding hawkers, peddlers, or street carnivals, which hold themselves out to the public as businesses, trades or professions, unless considered a home occupation as defined in Title 3 of McCall City Code; and WHEREAS, Section 4-3-24(D) requires fees to be set by resolution; and WHEREAS, the McCall City Clerk recommends establishing a fee to cover administrative costs associated with issuing and renewing business licenses; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City McCall that: Section 1: The fee for obtaining a general business license shall be ten dollars ($10.00) annually paid to the McCall City Clerk. Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval. Passed and approved this 13th day of June 2002.
