HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 02-09 Police Department FeesRESOLUTION NO. 02-09 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO, RELATING TO THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR PROCESSING PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City of McCall's Police Department charges fees to cover the cost of fingerprinting; and WHEREAS, Section 5-7-100, McCall City Code, allows for fees to be charged for licensing dogs; and WHEREAS, Section 5-7-110, McCall City Code, allows for kenneling fees to be charged for owners that have three (3) or more dogs over four (4) months of age at any one time; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that: Section 1: The fees to be paid to the City of McCall shall be: Ao A fingerprinting fee will be collected from all persons desiring such service except when persons are being fingerprinted for adoption, foster care, schools, and medical licensing $10.00 per person B. Annual dog license fees: 1. Dogs which have been spayed/neutered 2. Dogs which are not spayed/neutered $10.00 per dog $25.00 per dog C. An annual kennel fee will be collected from owners that have three (3) or more dogs over four (4) months of age at any one time $25.00 per owner Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
