WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of
Police Lieutenant
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS~ the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligibles for Appointment, dated 6/17/03 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that DAVID
is eligible for the position of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said appointment is contingent upon the
