Board of Finance
November 15, 1994
The Greencastle Civil City Board of Finance met on Tuesday, November 15, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at
Tzouanakis Intermediate School. On call of the roll the following member were shown to be present:
Councilor Tom Roach, Councilor Jerry Calbert, Councilor Sue Murray, Councilor Charles Miles, Councilor
Mike Rokicki, Mayor Harmless.
Councilor Murray moved to elect Mayor Harmless president of the Board of Finance. This motion
was seconded by Councilor Calbert and was carried by an aye unanimous vote.
Requests for designation as a depository were received from National City Bank, First Citizens
Bank and First United Savings Bank. Proposals were distributed to Council. Councilor Roach moved to
designate the above financial institutions as depositories for Greencastle Civil City for the ensuing two year
period. This motion was seconded by Councilor Miles and was carried by an aye unanimous vote.
With no further business, Councilor Roach moved for adjournment. This motion was seconded by
Councilor Murray, was carried by an aye unanimous vote, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
