ORDINANCE NO. 03 -890
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY AMENDING SECTION 3582 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATIVE TO PERMITS FOR RESERVED USE OF THE
SPORTS AREAS AND PICNIC FACILITIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 3582 of the Temple City Municipal Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
3582. PERMITS
All organized and /or scheduled use of park facilities require that an application for
said use shall be filed with the Community Services Department. Reserved use of
city sports areas shall be limited to Temple City families, organizations and groups
with 75% or more of Temple City residents as verified by membership rolls and /or
team rosters.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Ordinance
and shall cause the same to be published according to law.

I, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No.
03 -960 was introduced at the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City held
on the 1st day of July, 2003 and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk at the regular meeting held
on the 15th day of July, 2003 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilman - Arrighi, Capra, Zovak, Vizcarra
NOES: Councilman -None
ABSENT: Councilman -Wong
