an
Jordan wants to move a horse from Golden Valley on to a site on its
uB acres on #9 across from Latt Letter, and asb.ed what the village
ordinance requr:•ed him to uo.
Dykno.;:f said the site of the house must use sui' reyed and if the desig-
nated site were less than al acres it would have to be platted. his
was actittally a safetguard for the land owner „Jecaase it ensured a
practical and workable IJlan for further platting of the remaining land.
Dykhoff also pointed out that Jordan s land is zoned commercial which
raises another problem. Jordan said in that case he would rather
have a special use permit for this house since it is Tor his own use
and not for sale and he does not have any immediate plans for selling
AtS4 any of his land. Dykhoff said this Mould be the easiest Taan
rather than re -zoning which requires a public hearing.
The Chairman said he felt that in this case as well as in that of
Mr. Itoehl the Commission should consult with the Council before making
any recommendation since there -. as a great deal to consider in both
cases including the feelings of adjacent property owners.
