CREATING TWO (2) HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACES FOR ST.
MARY'S UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH TO BE
LOCATED ON HEALD STREET
WHEREAS, St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church, located at 719 Roosevelt
Avenue has requested two (2) Handicapped Parking Spaces for their parishioners;
and
WHEREAS, St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church has met the requirements of
the Traffic Safety Bureau for said parking spaces; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has inspected said location and has no
objection to the approval of said Handicapped Parking Spaces; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the following Handicapped
Parking Spaces shall be designated on:
HEALD STREET, ALONG THE FRONTAGE OF
St. Mary's Ukrainian Catholic Church
Adopted this 9th day of July, 2003
and certified as a true copy of the
original on July l0th , 2003.
