It was moved, seconded and duly carried that the following letter from
j J. Terry Hirst, Rork Assign ent Officer, be tabled indefinitely.

"There is available from P. W. A. Funds the sum of:

. for
surfacing
streets in the town of Loudoun County."
"The towns are required to furnish 58% of the cost of material."
It was moved, seconded and carried that the Town Sergeant and Town
Treasurer be required to execute bond in the amount of X2000. each, the
premiums on which are to be paid by the Town of Leesburg.

Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the Town Council of the

Town of Leesburg in Virginia will be held in the Mayor's Office at the
Town Hall at 7:30 olcloc'
p. m. on the 16th day of October, 1935, for
ithe purpose of considering an offer of the United States of America to
aid by way of a grant in financing` the construction of a sewerage system
i and a sewage dispos-i plant and adopting a resolution approving and
authorizing the acceptance of such offer.

CONSENT TO MEETING
t We, the undersigned embers of the Town Council of the town of Leesburg
in Virginia, hereby accept sertice of the foregoing notice waiving any
and all irregularities in such service and such notice, and consent and
agree that said Town Council shall meet at the time and place therein
named, and for the purpose therein stated. The following voted yes:
