On motion of Councilman Turley, duly seconded and carried, it was or- dered that Royal Street, Extended, be tarred. M., there were present E. N. Bradfield, Mayor; Roscoe B. Rhoads, Recorder; Herbert Howard, Lawrence S. Hutchison, Harry F. Newton, Louis C. Rollins and Joseph H. Turley, Councilmen. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
