It was moved by Councilman Turley, duly seconded and carried, that the
Town Sergeant be authorized to_ order the necessary_parts to recondition the Po-
mona Pump.
On motion of Councilman Newton, duly seconded and carried, the Town
Sergeant was instructed to purchase a carload of tar.
On motion of Councilman Turley, duly seconded and carried, it was or-
dered that Royal Street, Extended, be tarred.
There being no further business, on motien the Council adjourned.

At a regular meeting of the Mayor and Torn Council of the town of Lees-
burg, in Virginia, held in the Council Chamber on June 8, 1936, at 8:00 P. M.,
there were present E. N. Bradfield, Mayor; Roscoe B. Rhoads, Recorder; Herbert
Howard, Lawrence S. Hutchison, Harry F. Newton, Louis C. Rollins and Joseph H.
Turley, Councilmen.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
