A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN
PARCEL FROM C-4 General Business District to C-4 Special Use District
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2931 U. S.
Highway 35 North and legally described on Exhibit A, as C-4 as outlined on
Exhibit B; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estates' zoning designation to
a C-4 Special Use District in order to allow the owners of said property to
construct an addition to the east end of the existing building for use as a
crematory.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a C-4 Special
Use District.
Passed and Adopted this 15th day of October 2007, by the
Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
