I • - quested that the same lie upon the table until the next meeting of the Coun- cil: V-k- BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the town of Leesburg, in • - Virginia, that on and after September 1, 1937, the office of Treas- urer and Auditor shall be filled by the same person. In addition . to the duties heretofore performed by the Auditor and Treasurer, • the person who occupies the position of Auditor and Treasurer shall . assist in preparing.the annual budget for the town, collect .all ' taxes, issue all licenses and permits to do business or engage in ' . an occupation, calling or profession for which a license or permit is required. bs • .. ,c5 - . . 4i ' BE IT ALSO ORDAINED, that the Mayor -be, and he is hereby, author- .
