evening, March 18, 1968 at 8:15 P. M.

Anne Dorweiler, Jim Adams, Everett Thies, Robert Roehl and
Gerald Dykhoff present.
The minutes of the meeting of February 19, 1968 read. Moved by Everett
Thies that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler to give Priscilla Arens a building permit to build a
house on 39 acres, subject to the approveal of the building inspector, in
compliance with the Village building code.
Seconded by Everett Thies
Motion carried.
Study of permit fee rates. The Planning Commission recommends the following
permit fees for the Councils consideration.
Buildings: Commercial and Industrial » 31.20 per 1000 cu. ft.,
with a minimum of 325.00
Residence: $1.10 per 1000 cu. ft., with a
minimum of $10.00.
Unattached buildings & garages - $10.00
Plumbing: 32.00 per fixture with a 310.00 minimum.
Septic System: 310.00 - repairs and extensions 310.00
Sewer connection fee: Residence 310.00 - Industrial &
Commercial 120.00.
Well: 310.00 - no fee for repairs.
Water connections: Residence $10.00 - Commercial & Industrial $20.00.
Moved by Jim Adams to apprpve the 74 foot house on the 1121 foot lot of Frank
Molitor.
Seconded by Everett Thies.
Motion carried.
