It would seem that the utility company that owns the poles, or a utility carrier with authorized access to the poles, may be tagging for a specific purpose. As of yet, I have not officially been made aware of pending maintenance work to the utility poles in the East End. On Thursday, the 3rd, white painted "X" markings were noticed on the utility poles in my neighborhood, as well; inclusive of the utility pole across from the foot of my driveway. No one has offered an explanation. Herein, I am copying the Town's Team to be aware of the markings and to offer insight for the reason. When more information is made available, I will advise.Thank you. Best, Angie Angeline B.
