the Town of Leesburg; - in Virginia ,' held i4• the Council Chamber on

Phillips, Mayor;' Louis. T. Titus, Recorder; .Roy M. Flippo, - '
John T ,' -Hourdhane , Lawrence S. Hutchison, L. C. Rollins, J . D. _
' -Taylor and Joseph H. Turley , Councilmen.
- On motion of• Councilman Hourihane , seconded by Councilman -
Rollins and unanimously carried by the following recorded ,
affirmative vote; Roy M. Flippo , John T. -Hourihane , Lawrence S.
Hutchtson, Louis C. Rollins , John D. Taylor and Joseph H. .Tutley ,;.FOR•;
the following Resolution was passed; ; ;. .ir _
. • :WHEREAS, the Rtst Engineering Company which has ; ,by[
Resolution heretofore passed, been -employed as engineer •for
the Town of -Leesburg , in Virginia , to prepare plans and • )s
specifications for a- sewerage system and disposal plant for-
-the ToRn of Leesburg; in Virginia;- and . •-
WHEREAS ,' the said Rust Endineering Company: has this ,-
day presented to the Council -of the Town of Leesburg, in
Virginia, plans and specifications for ,the construction
and erection `of a sewerage system and disposal plant for
the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia, which plans are numbered
from 1 to 21' inclusive' and the said specifications are _;,c
• dated October 16 , 1935: . •
• NOW,T-n-'EREFORE, .BE IT UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED, by the Council
of the Town- of Leesburg, . in-Virginia , that the said plans
"-and specifications for the construction and erection of -a •
• sewerage system•'and disposal plant for the Town of Leesburg,
• in Virginia, -be and the- same are hereby. accepted and approved
by the said Council _of the -Town of: Leesburg, in Virginia , the
said plans beingrnutEered-tfrom--1 to 21 inclusive. :-
- BE- IT FURTHER UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED, by the said Council
of the Town of Leesburg , in Virginia , that Lucas D. Phillips , -
Mayor, be and he is herebt authorized , instructed and directed
to sign this Resolution, the said, plans and specifications ,
that Louis T. Titus , Recorder , be and he is hereby authorized;
• instructed- and directed to certify and attach a copy of this
Resolution to the said specifications for- the construction-
of a sewerage system and &deposal plant , this day presented -
by the Rust Engineering Cotpany and that the said- Louis. T. Titus , _
-be' and he 'is hereby authori-zedm instructed and directed' :to
affix the seal of the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia , to the
said plans and specifications and that a set of the said
plans andspecifications be kept- on file in the- chamber- of
• the said Town Council. , _i:
