Titus , Recorder , be and he is hereby authorized , instructed and directed to present •to rhe said Stilson H. Hall , Town Attooney , as many certified copies of this Resolution as he -may need for the purpose of instituting and prosecuting the aforesaid condemnation proceedings and thetPebples National Bank of Leesburg , Leesburg, Virginia , one copy thereof. ' The minutes of a regular meeting held on July 24th and a special meeting held on August 4th 1939 were read and upon motion duly made seconded and carried , were approved as read . -- Dr. Matthew Pulliam appeared, representing the Leesburg Fire Co©pany, and read a motion passed by the said Fire Company, in regard to the Town withholding the annual compensation to any Firemen who may resign or who 'may be asked to 'resign from the said , Fire .Company , until such a member shall return keys and uniform to the' proper Fire Company Officials. No 'action was taked was taken on this metter . • Mr. E. C. Meredith of the State Health Department was present and made a few remarks in regard to the Sewerage System and Disposal Plant which he was inspecting at this time and which he found to be ' very satisfactory. ' ' Others who made remarks in regard to the Sewerage System and Disposal plant ate ; i-dr. Rutledge , of the Rust Engineering Company end Mt. Elton of the same Company and Mr. Tom Spratt of W. C. Spratt Construction Engineers who installed the system and plant. The Auditor-Treasurer Head his monthly Report fot the • Month of July.
