Il. ) The purpose of the meeting as set forth in the aforesaid resolution of February 12, 1940 was to give- any citizen or taxpayer the privelege' of being heard in regard to the proposed budget for the year beginning July 1 , 1940 and ending June 30 , 1941 . Est. , of the difference between the current water bill and the usual bill of $3.00 due to frozen condition of their neghbors water pipes thus causing said neighbors to use water from said Cockrill' s and Edmonds Est. water facilities. • On motion of Councilman Turley , seconded by Councilman Oliver and unanimously carried the following Resolution was adopted ; BE IT RESOLVED , by the Council of the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia that the Auditor-Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to allow Loveless and Honicon a rebate of $3.00 on their current water bill for their property at 114 W. Market Street due to disconnected service.
