Absent Van Heiden. Motion by Buseman second by Nederhoff to approve the minutes of the May regular meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nederhoff second by Werkman to approve the Treasurer’s Report for May. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nederhoff second by Eilderts to approve the following bills for payment. Motion by Nederhoff second by Werkman to approve the 28E Agreement for contract services with the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department. All ayes, carried. Motion by Eilderts second by Buseman to approve the application of dust control on Monroe St., Emery St. and Adams St. Prairie Land Coop will apply the dust control at a cost of 2400.00. All ayes, carried. Motion by Werkman second by Eilderts to approve a contract with Mosquito Control of Iowa. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nederhoff, second by Eilderts to approve Resolution 06-2011-1 a resolution adding a street light to Van Buren St. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Motion by Eilderts second by Buseman to approve Resolution 06-2011-2 a resolution to move a street light in the City Park. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nederhoff second by Werkman to approve Resolution 06-2011-3 a resolution approving the FY 2011 budget amendment. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nederhoff second by Eilderts to approve a cigarette permit for Casey’s General Stores. All ayes, carried. Moton by Werkman second by Eilderts to approve building permits for Leon Abels and Trent Murra. All ayes, carried. Motion to adjourn Buseman second by Eilderts all ayes, carried.
