APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE UEZ-ZONE
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint a Member to the Urban Enterprise Zone-
Development Corporation; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make said
appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret do hereby appoint the following Members to the Urban Enterprise Zone-
Development Corporation of the Borough of Carteret:
Advisory Board Member Term Expires
Anthony Gui liano 12/31/06
Adopted this 9th day of July, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the original
