A Special Called meeting was held on October 2, 1990 at 7:30 P.M.
Mayor Charles J. Hosti called the meeting to order. Councilmembers present;
Jeff Dukes, Pat Locklear, Jimmy Brown, Jack Youmans, Bill Walsh and Paul
Jackson. City Attorney Thomas Mahoney was present.
Mayor Hosti stated that the reason for this meeting was to vote
on the Final Plat - PUD - for the Northshore Subdivision. It was so noted that
a letter from Mr. Ron Kolat, of Thomas and Hutton, stating that everything
was in order was received at City Hall.
Councilman Locklear questioned about the parking. Mr. Dick Smith
said that the parking was under the houses. Councilman Locklear also inquired
about a fire equipment problem. Mr. Smith said that he has had cement trucks
on the property and sees no problem with the fire trucks.
* Councilman Jackson made a motion that base charges will be on the
one big water meter, and the Homeowners Assn. will bwn the interior lines. The
homeowners association will be responsible for the water bill and for the
drainage, and to accept the final plat. Councilman Youmans seconded. Mayor
Hosti called for a vote which was unanimous.
As there was no further business, Mayor Hosti adjourned the meeting.

* According to Plat the Homeowners Association will be responsible for all
water and sewer lines and problem from the large water meter.
