The Town Board of the Town of Fraser met in regular session on
July 6, 1965 at Clayton's Cafe at 8 :25 P.M. with the following
members present: Mayor Clayton, Clerk Emal, Councilmen Bob
Florquist, Fred Laman and Ernie Johnson. Councilmen Cary Morrow,
Bob Morrow and Everett Tucker were not present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were presented for payment, and the clerk
instructed to draw warrants for same:

Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried that the bills
be duly paid.
Bank statement as of July 6, 1965, showed a balance of $3069.48.
Discussion was held on progression of plans for the picnic.
John Work was present with an amended map of the proposed
annexation of Workshire Acres. After discussion, the matter
was tabled until a later date.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
9:30 P.M.
