At the request of the Contractor/Owner, we have inspected the project referenced above
for compliance with the building flood protection plans only.
We inspected the building exterior and questioned Site personnel about installation
methods and flood protection plates. At the time of our buds ing flood protection
irspection ( 1 2- 1 I - 15), it appears the hydro stop flood protection has been properly
applied to the exterior of the building. The flood protection plates were labeled f01-
location
orlocation and were also it the installed positron and would appear to be installed and
furctioning correctly. Site personnel said that it is intended that the plates are to be
stored or site in the back storaoje area.
