Charlene Emal was at this meetino to ask about having the well casing lowered on
her property. She explained that the aoreement to grant an easment to the 7 ,:own
was under the written aoreement that no casino would be visiable above ground
level. Low the casino is probley 4 feet above Lrocd level. Dralce and liayor had
pi:eviously discussel `7Lis with the iLmals. Drake instructed by the 'board to get the
casin6 lowered as much as possible. Drake stated the cost would be approx. 3,000.
