Chairperson called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda: Minutes of October 23, 2013
Commissioner Shapiro moved, and Commissioner Hodsdon seconded the motion to
approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 4-0.
3. Open Forum:
4. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a. Resolution 2013-11-01 recommending approval of the Three Mile Plan — no
changes
According to Colorado State Statutes, the Town of Fraser needs to update the Three
Mile Plan annually. The Three Mile Plan is a component of the 2010 Town of Fraser
Comprehensive Plan. Included in the packet are pages 56-58 of the 2010
Comprehensive Plan (Three Mile Plan).
Commissioner Soles moved, and Commissioner Shapiro seconded the motion to
approve the Three Mile Plan. Motion carried: 4-0.
b. DRAFT Trails Plan
We have been working with the Town of Winter Park on a master/community trails plan
for the FraserNVinter Park area. We have been lucky enough to recruit some trail
enthusiasts to assist us here in Fraser. Our trail committee is Jean Wolter, Sarah
Hershfelt and Deborah Carr. Winter Park is still working on their portion of the trail plan.
In addition to details for each town, there will also be an introduction that discusses the
following:

• Plan prioritization
• Plan goals and objectives
• Relationship to other plans
• Community benefits
• Trails policies and management

adjourn. Motion carried: -0. Meeting adjourned at 8:11 p.m.
