The regular meeting of the town/of Fraser met in regular sessionon
July 7,1969 at 8:20 p m. Meeting called to order by mayor Robert Florquist.
Councilmen present,Ernie Johnson,Don Baker, Frank Baker,Charles Bridge,
Darvin Welch,and clerk Fern Conklin.Minutes of the last meeting read.
Motion made by Don Baker and seconded by Charles Bridge to accept minutes
as read.Bills presented for payment.
County Treasurer for land $1578.55

Motion made by Charles Bridge and seconded by Frank Baker to pay bills.
Report on water sample taken at Mrs Ronald Tuckers house ,safe.
Letter read from Mr Smades on analystof water taken from Conoco station
all counts good.REport on picnic. Discussion 6ar the music, Aux,to have
cake spin,J C ,TO HAVE stands.Discussion on law enforcement for next fall.
This to be discussed again at next meeting.
New buisness,Motion made by Don Baker seconded by Frank Bakerto amend the

fund to buy lots now held by Middle Park Bank. Lots 3- 4- 4-in block no 5
in the town of Eastom now known as Fraser.Motion made by Frank Baker
seconded by Don Baker to buy these lots. Motion carried 4 -1.
Lots 3- 4 -5 -6- in block no, 5 to be purchased from the Middle Park Bank
for $1.00,after taxes of $1578.55 is paid. Motion made by Ernie Johnson
