RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS 100 Leaves July 7, 1976 The regular meeting of the Fraser Town Council was held July 7, 1976 at the Town Hall. Meeting called to order at 7:40 n.m. by mayor Leonard. Councilmen present were William Edwards, LeRoy Tinkum, Jerry Bickle, Clifford Clayton and James Winter. Also present were Monte Rogers, Clerk Alta Gesellman, Attorney Richard Doucette and Keith Bell of Ray Associates, Inc. Minutes of the June 2 and June 24 meetings were approved as read. Warrants presented for payment were: /Richard P. A letter from Mr. Deckers was read as to what he wants for his easement. After discussion it was decided to offer $1,550.00 for the easement. Attorney Doucette ask to contact Deckers attorney to see if settlement can be reached. Doucette given premi.-sion to go as high a 32,000.00 without furthur meeting of council. Meeting turned over to Keith Bell. He presented the new (revised) plans for the water distribution system. B oard disappointed with small amount of mains it contained for the money that is left to be spent from HUD funds. Revised plans has two railroad crossings and 2500 ft. of lines. Ray Associates will prepare letter to Proto for awarding of bid for Contract II as soon as easement is settled. This needs to be done before Aug. 1, 1976. Appraisal contractor Elewin Crabtree will contact Ray Associates and meet with them at easement sight and submit his appraisal to Doucette. FORM 50 C. F. HOECKEL B. B. L. CO. July 21, 1976 set as date to open bids for Contract I distribution system. Bickle reported on Variance Board meeting held June 16, 1976. Stated the property owners present would prefer all of Byers Vista be zoned R -2 instead of R -1. They are going to work toward this goal. f Jerk ask if Mrs. Alma Johnsons property could be put on fire protection water rate as she has not used water for over on year. Approved by board. Clerk ask about 4eisbrodt and Marshall properties. Have they been made duplexes? Board members do not know. Clerk to write and ask these owners for dates of change over if so done. Also letter to Thomas Brown asking he attend a board meeting. Moved by Winter, 2nd B fickle and carried meeting adjourn at 9:50 p.m. #h oeza Clerk
