Rhoads' resignation as Auditor-Treasurer of the Town of Leesburg, in Virginia, be and hereby is accepted as of September 1?, 1949. Upon motion of C. W. Fiske, seconded by Emerson H. B. 491 Richard be and he is hereby elected and appointed to the office of Auditor-Treasurer for the unexpired term of Roscoe B. Rhoads, Treasurer, and no other, and that Roscoe B. Rhoades, outgoing Treasurer, be relieved of further liability of said account as such Treasurer.
