Council authorized the Auditor-Treasurer to permit persons/diving with- in 3 miles of the town to dump trash into the town land fill at a rate of $5.00 per load, and the Trash Committee were requested to assist the Auditor- - Treasurer to prepare a suitable notice regarding this matter to be published in the newspaper. • Uponmotion of Harry F. Smoot, and Winslow Williams, Councilmen. - The Mayor being absent, Council appointed Horace M. Monett to preside at the meeting. • I _ The Recorder stated that the Special Meeting was called to consider certain_ • zoning districts, and that the said meeting had been published twice in a news • paper published in the said town of Leesburg. C. Herndon on King Street. • The Recorder read the resignation of M. H.
