ORDINANCE NO. 09 -929
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY RESTATING PART 4 OF TITLE 3 OF
THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 06 -910 was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Temple City held on the 5th day of September,
2006 and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council at their
regular meeting held on the 19th day of September 2006; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 06 -910 added a new Part 4 of Title 3 to the
Temple City Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, Part 4 of Title 3 was named "Oversized Vehicle Parking
Regulations" was numbered 3337.1 through 3337.6 of the Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, Numbers 3337.1 through 3337.6 were more correctly listed
as numbers 3339 through 3339.6 when codified into the Temple City Municipal
Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City'Council of the City of
Temple City as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council amends Ordinance No, 06 -910, Section 1
to correctly reflect the following section numbers and titles:
Part 4. OVERSIZED VEHICLE PARKING REGULATIONS
3339 Oversized Vehicles.
3337.1 Prohibition on public streets.
3337.2 Definitions.
3337.3 Exemptions.
3337.4 Temporary parking permits.
3337.5 Posting of signs.
3337.6 Permit restrictions.
SECTION 2. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 06 -910 remain as adopted.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
this ordinance and to its approval by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be
published according to law.

Ordinance No. 09 -929 was introduced at the regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Temple City held on the 6th day of October 2009 and was duly
passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the
Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk at the regular meeting held on the 20th
day of October 2009 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Chavez, Sternquist, Wong, Yu, Vizcarra
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
ABSTAIN: Councilmember -None
