AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IONA, IDAHO;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 267-08-21, THE
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2021, AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2022; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL
MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF
IONA, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $1,518,756.09 AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IONA,
IDAHO THAT:
Section 1 . Amendment of Fiscal Year 2022 Appropriations. Ordinance No.
267-08-21, the appropriations ordinance for the City of Iona, Idaho, for the fiscal year
commencing October 1,2021,and ending September 30,2022,be and the same is hereby amended
as follows:
That additional revenues for the general and water funds in the amount of
$1,518,756.09 be included from various grants and actual fund balance carryovers,
and that the additional sum of$1,518,756.09 be appropriated from the general and
water funds from various grants and actual fund balance carryovers; to be used for
Capital Improvements in the City of Iona.
Thus, the expenditures from the general fund will be $1,899,458.41; expenditures
from the water fund will be $2,063,893.68; and total expenses shall be
$3,963,352.09.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage,
execution, and publication in the manner provided by law. n
